When you book online through PetDesk, you can request your preferred date and time anytime—day or night—from your computer or mobile device. Our team will review availability and confirm your appointment as quickly as possible.
Option 2: Call Our Team
Prefer to speak with someone directly? Give us a call during business hours, and our customer service team will be happy to help schedule your pet’s visit, answer questions, or guide you on the type of appointment your pet may need.
What to Expect After You Request an Appointment
After submitting your request, a member of our team will contact you to confirm details or discuss any additional information needed. If your pet is sick or injured and needs prompt attention, please call us directly so we can guide you right away.
Appointments for New and Existing Clients
We welcome both new and returning clients. If you’re visiting us for the first time, we may ask you to complete a New Client Form and a Pet Health Information Form ahead of your appointment to help us prepare for your visit and provide the best possible care.
