Where are you located, and do you have parking available?
We are located at 4400 Hartman Lane, Batavia, Ohio. On-site parking is available for clients.

How can I communicate with the hospital or request services?
We use the PetDesk app to make communication easy and convenient. Through PetDesk, clients can:
- Request appointments
- Submit medication refill requests
- View their pet’s vaccination records
The PetDesk app can be downloaded on your smartphone. Please contact us if you need assistance getting set up.
Can I still call the hospital directly?

What services do you offer?
Our hospital provides wellness exams, vaccinations, surgery, diagnostics, dental care, and more.
How often should my pet have a wellness exam?
Most pets benefit from an annual exam. Senior pets or those with chronic medical conditions may require more frequent visits.
When should my pet be vaccinated?
Puppies and kittens begin vaccinations at 6–8 weeks of age. Adult pets require regular booster vaccinations as recommended by the veterinarian.
Do you offer dental cleanings and dental X-rays?
Yes. We provide professional dental cleanings, oral exams, and full-mouth digital dental radiographs.
Emergencies
What should I do in an emergency?
Please call us immediately at 513-735-0738. If we are unable to see your pet, we will refer you to the nearest 24-hour emergency hospital.
Can I bring my pet in without calling first during an emergency?
We recommend calling ahead so our team can prepare, but we will always do our best to assist urgent cases.

We provide pre-surgical instructions, including fasting requirements and medication guidelines. A pre-operative exam and bloodwork are often required.
How do you monitor pets during surgery?

Recovery varies depending on the procedure. We will provide detailed home-care instructions and schedule follow-up appointments as needed.

Can I refill my pet’s prescription online?
Yes. Prescription refill requests can be submitted through the PetDesk app, our online pharmacy, or by calling our office.
Do you offer preventive medications for fleas, ticks, and heartworms?
Yes. We carry veterinarian-recommended prevention products.
Boarding & Additional Services
Do you offer boarding or grooming?
We offer boarding services for established clients. Grooming services are not available.
Are vaccinations required for boarding?
Yes. Proof of current vaccinations is required to ensure the safety of all pets.
Hospital Policies & Safety
Are there any safety requirements for bringing my pet into the hospital?
- Cats must arrive in a secure carrier. If you do not have one, a carrier can be provided.
- Dogs must be on a non-retractable leash at all times.
